The Evans EC2 SST Clear 10 inch batter head is a two ply 7mil skin optimised for attack, length of sustain, tone and ease of tuning. The Sound Shaping Technology (SST) Edge Control ring mounted on the underside of the skin delivers a well balanced, and pre EQ'd sound across the kit – each size skin has a varying size of ring. The frosted coating allows for more low end response, and attack.
