Rico Royal Tenor saxophone Reed, in size 3.5. Rico Royal is a combination of the traditional Rico cut, with a stronger spine and a French file - giving more resonance and harmonics. It's a great all-rounder - used by traditional and jazz players. The French filed cut allows for increased response, more so in the low register, which adds clarity to the tone and allows for easier soft attacks.
