Delivery within the UK

We offer a number of services within the UK, for various weights and package sizes.

  • Royal Mail 1st and 2nd Class Large Letter (between 1-3, and 2-7 working days for items no deeper than a letter box opening)
  • Royal Mail 1st and 2nd Class Small Parcel (between 1-3, and 2-7 working days for items no bigger than 45x35x8cm)
  • UPS (for items 2KG and upwards, on 24 hour next working day, trackable service. Surcharge and delay may apply to Highlands and islands)
  • Parcelforce (for items up to 30KG, on 48 hour two working days, trackable service. Surcharge and delay may apply to Highlands and islands).


All items ordered before 11am Monday - Friday will be dispatched on the same day.

Delivery to Crown Dependencies and within the EU, EEA & EFTA

Through our website, currently we offer delivery of small items via Royal Mail to the Isle of Man, Jersey and Guernsey. We can deliver large parcels but you must obtain a quote from us. Call 01543 503460.

We do deliver to the European Union, EEA and EFTA countries. We're currently working on our international pricing structure, and therefore online ordering to countries outside the United Kingdom is temporarily disabled. Delivery to the Rest of World

We also deliver to many territories around the world, including British Overseas Territories, United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Russia, Taiwan and many more. At the moment you cannot place an order through our website in any of these countries/territories, however you can order over the phone by calling 44 00 1543 503460.


You are entitled to seven days cooling off if you are ordering within the European Union. We also extend returns to 21 days. Due to the nature of wind instruments and any instruments with oral contact, we cannot accept returns unless the item is faulty. Any items that are opened and cannot be resealed cannot be returned, unless faulty. Items returned to us that are not required or needed must be in brand new condition, including all wrapping, any manuals, and full packaging. If we receive any returns in an unacceptable condition you will not be entitled to a refund or exchange. You will cover any postage charges back to us for a return. You will not receive a refund for the original postage charges, nor the returning postage charge, unless the item is faulty. All returns must be authorised first, by calling 01543 503460.
